MARCH (2008)

We have been busting our asses @ the Grooveyard these daze
diggin' deep worldwide for the most awesome heavy guitar riffage
that truly delivers the goods. Several awesome new heavy guitar discs
by The Electromagnets featuring Eric Johnson, Jay Jesse Johnson,
Randy Hansen, Ben Granfelt, Oliver White, Gus Lambros, Dave Steffen
& Robin Overall have landed @ the Grooveyard. We have also added a
rare, obscure DVD called SOLIDBODIES which features Wes Jeans & Plankton
to our site/catalog. All of these new discs are Killer & Highly recommended.

We recently helped bust brother L.L. out of jail and we are in the process
of starting work on two Mega-awesome new studio discs by this bad-ass
bluesy heavy guitar axeripper that will be released later this year.
The new riffage will prove to be killer beyond belief, so get ready to Rock.

Our very own favorite bad-ass, bluesy heavy guitar power trio from Sweden,
aka KAMCHATKA, has recently been picked up by Stoner Rock Riff Gods CLUTCH
to open up some gigs on their up and coming US Tour. CLUTCH is super-kool
for getting behind the awesome retro-70s power trio rock of Kamchatka by bringing
them to US to unleash their unique brand of killer, bluesy heavy guitar riffage.
A HUGE Grooveyard Congrats & Hug goes out to the awesome Kamchatka brothers in Sweden.

Kamchatka kicks serious, retro-70s bluesy heavy guitar power trio

Our good musical brother Janne Stark (MOUNTAIN OF POWER) from Sweden
recently did a gig @ Sweden Rock with the legendary Scorpion's riffmaster
ULI JON ROTH. Congrats to the "Sacred Alien" for this awesome one-off
gig and we wanted to share this kool live pic with you.

Janne Stark is keeping REAL busy these daze, he is bustin' ass working on
(3) killer new projects/bands and the HUGE news is that we are starting
work on a mega-killer follow-up to the "mighty" MOUNTAIN OF POWER disc.
The new MOP disc will feature tons of awesome Special Guest Axerippers
and Rock Vocal Gods including a pile of brain-damaging, mind-blowing,
classic, obscure 70s heavy guitar riffage. Look for MOUNTAIN OF POWER:
"Volume II" to land down hard @ the end of the year and if you missed
the boat on the KILLER 1st MOP disc, make sure to tune in @ all costs.
Mountain of Power is all about the Rock.

The Grooveyard would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the
friends/family/fans of Jeff Healey for the recent loss of this
incredible, gifted blind Canadian Blues/Rock guitarist. He taught
us that you can overcome your disabilities and Shine Brightly.
